 Services Provided

Renderit Studios offers professional services, including Content Creation, Social Media Management, Production, Marketing, Branding & Re-Branding, and Web Designing.
 

 Payment and Pricing

The pricing for Renderit Studios' services will be provided to the client upon request and is based on the scope of work and specific requirements. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon between Renderit Studios and the client before any project begins.
Payment is non-refundable if the contract is terminated due to legal issues or violations of terms and conditions.
For all projects, a 50% upfront payment is required before the work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. Final deliverables will only be provided after full payment is received. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, PayPal, etc.
 

 Editing Process

Renderit Studios will work closely with the client to understand their vision and preferences. The client must provide any necessary materials, files, or relevant information to facilitate the editing process.
 

 Delivery Timeframe

Renderit Studios will provide an estimated delivery timeframe for each project based on complexity and workload. While we strive to meet deadlines, some projects may require additional time for quality assurance purposes.

Revisions

Renderit Studios offers a reasonable number of revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Any revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may be subject to additional charges.
 

 Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, materials, or information provided does not infringe upon third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights. The client must also ensure that all shared content complies with relevant laws and regulations.
On-site work for production will include convenience fees for the team’s presence.
 

 Confidentiality

Renderit Studios will treat all client information, files, and project details as confidential and will not share them with third parties without the client’s explicit consent.

Ownership and Rights

Upon completion of services and full payment, the client will have full ownership rights to the edited content. Renderit Studios may request to use the edited content for promotional purposes, but only with the client's approval.
 

 Termination

Either party may terminate the project or working relationship at any time with prior written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying for the completed work up to the termination date.
 

 Liability

Renderit Studios will take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and accuracy of its work. However, Renderit Studios will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the edited content.
